With a new year comes many new restaurants in Las Vegas. Here are some of the latest arrivals across the Valley in recent weeks: Amaya Modern Mexican<\/strong> is new at the Cosmopolitan; Gjelina<\/strong> is new at Venetian; Tao Group\u2019s Caramella<\/strong> Italian restaurant has opened at Planet Hollywood; local favorite China Mama<\/strong> has opened at Palace Station; The Guest House<\/strong> is new at Town Square; Pinkbox Doughnuts<\/strong> opened its 14th location in Boca Park; Miami\u2019s Havana 1957 <\/strong>and Cortadito Coffee House<\/strong> opened at the Flamingo; Gordon Ramsay Burger<\/strong> has opened a second store, also at Flamingo; Florida restaurant Keke\u2019s Breakfast Cafe <\/strong>has opened in the Blue Diamond neighborhood; Dominique Ansel March\u00e9<\/strong> as arrived at Paris Las Vegas; Randy\u2019s Donuts<\/strong> opened its fourth location in Spring Valley; Eataly Bar <\/strong>and Pizza al Padellino <\/strong>have debuted at Eataly Las Vegas at Park MGM; and James Trees <\/strong>and Keith Bracewell <\/strong>have opened their new Arts District bar Petite Boheme<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

On the other side of the coin, International Smoke<\/strong> at MGM Grand is set to close on January 19, and Julian Serrano Tapas <\/strong>at Aria will close on February 1.<\/p>\n

The East Coast\u2019s Dream Asia Food Fest<\/strong> is coming to Las Vegas, set for February 14-16 at the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center. Organizers say it\u2019ll be the largest Asian food festival in the United States with more than 90 vendors, including famous New York City Asian street food spots like Mao\u2019s Bao, Twisted Potato and Cozy Tea Loft. Live music, the AnimeNightMart, cosplay shows, a Lunar New Year celebration and other events are planned, and tickets and more info are available at dlvec.com\/event\/dream-asia-food-fest\/<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n
