This was the third-largest score of the Floridian poker pro\u2019s career. He now has more than $6.5 million in lifetime earnings after this triumph.<\/p>\n<p>Zaki defeated <em>PokerGO Cup<\/em> series champion <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cardplayer.com\/poker-players\/194975-joey-weissman\">Joey Weissman<\/a> heads-up for the title. This was Zaki\u2019s fifth recorded tournament victory across 270 in-the-money finishes.<\/p>\n<p>The win came with 420 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cardplayer.com\/poker-players\/player-of-the-year\/%20\"><em>Card Player<\/em> Player of the Year<\/a> points. This was Zaki\u2019s second final table of 2025, having placed third in a $10,000 buy-in event at the <em>lucky Hearts Poker Open<\/em> for $94,700 and 280 points. He now sits inside the top 100 on the <span class=\"caps\"><span class=\"caps\">POY<\/span><\/span> leaderboard presented by <a href=\"https:\/\/globalpoker.com\/redirect?utm_source=cardplayer&amp;utm_medium=logo&amp;utm_campaign=logo\">Global Poker.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The first knockout of the day saw short-stacked <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cardplayer.com\/poker-players\/372464-jesse-lonis\">Jesse Lonis<\/a> get his last ten big blinds in with K-7 trailing the A-4 of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cardplayer.com\/poker-players\/490624-clemen-deng\">Clemen Deng<\/a> in a battle of the blinds. Deng made aces and eights to win the pot, sending Lonis to the rail in seventh place. The two-time bracelet earned $59,000 for this finish, growing his career haul to more than $14.8 million in the process.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cardplayer.com\/poker-players\/403360-michael-berk\/results\/overall\">Michael Berk<\/a> called off his last 11 or so big blinds with A-Q facing a small-blind shove from Christian Roberts, who held K-3. Roberts drilled top pair on the flop and held from there to send Berk home with $81,125. This was already his fourth final-table finish of the year. With 1,450 <span class=\"caps\"><span class=\"caps\">POY<\/span><\/span> points, he is now the 11th-ranked player on the overall leaderboard.<\/p>\n<p>Five-handed play lasted for around 90 minutes. Eventually, bracelet winner <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cardplayer.com\/poker-players\/447887-christian-roberts\">Christian Roberts<\/a> found himself at risk with A<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cardplayer.com\/packages\/common\/suits\/heart.gif\" title=\"Heart Suit\" alt=\"Heart Suit\" \/>Q<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cardplayer.com\/packages\/common\/suits\/heart.gif\" title=\"Heart Suit\" alt=\"Heart Suit\" \/> facing the J<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cardplayer.com\/packages\/common\/suits\/spade.gif\" title=\"Spade Suit\" alt=\"Spade Suit\" \/>10<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cardplayer.com\/packages\/common\/suits\/heart.gif\" title=\"Heart Suit\" alt=\"Heart Suit\" \/> of Zaki, which was raised from the small blind then four-bet shoved over the top of Robert\u2019s three-bet. With 907 total <em>PokerGO Tour<\/em> points on the year, Weissman has moved into first place in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pgt.com\/leaderboard\">season-long <em><span class=\"caps\"><span class=\"caps\">PGT<\/span><\/span><\/em> standings<\/a> as well.<\/p>\n<p>Weissman also shot into the lead in the <span class=\"caps\"><span class=\"caps\">POY<\/span><\/span> rankings, with seven total final tables and  one title so far in 2025. He has already accumulated 2,477 points and over $1 million in <span class=\"caps\"><span class=\"caps\">POY<\/span><\/span> earnings.
