He fell just one spot short of securing his third high roller title of the month, having won back-to-back $10,100 buy-in tournaments at the PokerGO Tour Last Chance festival for a total of $582,500. The $1 million guarantee was surpassed by $383,200, with the top seven finishers earning a share and six-figure payouts for the final five.

Clemen Deng was knocked out on the bubble late on day 1 of this event. Day 2 began with the remaining seven players in the money. Brian Luo (7th), Matthew Sabia (6th), and recent 2024 World Poker Tour Rock’n’Roll Poker Open main event champion Dylan Smith (5th) all hit the rail early.

2023 WPT World Championship winner Daniel Sepiol was the next to fall, earning $131,400 for his fourth-place finish. Brandon was looking to earn a high roller victory at his fourth consecutive series at this venue.
