They tried to make contact with him, but he refused to comply, police said.<\/p>\n<p>SWAT officers and crisis negotiators responded, police said. SWAT officers subsequently made entry and located the male dead with self-inflicted wounds, police said.<\/p>\n<p>Metro asked people to avoid the area.
